BIRTHDAY PARTIES

The Evergreens Miniature Railway is available to hire for a birthday party, or for any other occasion, but it is the perfect event venue for your train loving person young or old.

AVAILABILITY & TIMES

 Party Times are available during our running season from April through to October, apart from the last Saturday of each month, because that would be an open day date.

 Two Time Slots are available on Saturdays with running time of approximately 2 hours: 

 10:30 to 12:30 in the morning and 14:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon.

 The party organiser is allowed on site approx half an hour earlier before the time slot start to enable to put up any banners, balloons, or to bring in party food. 

COST

  There is a minimum cost of £70 per booking, or a minimum of 10 children, with a price of £7 per child. 

  A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to confirm your booking, and this is taken into account with the final payment, which will be taken on the day of the party.

  Additional children outside of the Party Invitation (Siblings) are charged at £3 each.

  Parents of children in attendance are free and are welcome to ride the trains.

CATERING

Party food can be arranged for the party children, for more information and the contact address please download the food booking sheet (below).

  The party parent/organiser can if they wish bring own party food and drinks. We have picnic benches. (Please note that Evergreens does not supply the birthday cake).

  Hot and cold food and drinks (the same service as on our Open Days) will be available to parents attending the party.
